Whether you are a veteran triathlete or you've never done a race in your life, and no matter where in the world you are, the WY Tri Series has something for you.
April 10-25, 2021: If you're looking to to get your feet wet in triathlon, this is a great place to start! Complete each of the events (swim, bike and run) anywhere and anytime during the allotted two weeks in April and submit your times for each event. Distances range from a Kids' Race to Sprint. Compete as an individual or a team. Details and registration are on Active.com.
June 19, 2021: A live, in-person triathlon (conditions permitting!) that begins with a 5k run then 15.5 mile bike ride then 600 meter pool swim. At the foot of the beautiful Wind River Mountains, it won't be a flat bike course, but will be fast (at times) and fun! Registration will open soon!
Other races may be added to the series, potentially at the end of the summer and maybe even next winter (21-22). We're looking to involve off-road options and winter sports. Get on our email list to be the first to find out what we come up with!
If the race itself weren’t reward enough, the WY Tri Series also works to support our community by donating proceeds to local charities that serve folks in the area. This year we’ve selected Abba’s House and the Refuge. Abba’s house offers pregnant women many free services and education on their options. The Refuge offers help and services to victims of domestic abuse.
Many thanks to the local businesses who make these events possible.
